Terms of Service
Effective date: 7 April 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Transcribe audio-to-text service (the “Service”) provided by John Lee Group Ltd., incorporated in England and Wales (Companies House number 08350293), registered address: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Transcribe converts uploaded audio and video files into text using Deepgram Nova-2 technology. The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Features, limits, and pricing are described on our subscription page.
2. Account registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Subscription and payment
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change subscription prices on 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
Free trial (if applicable): If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly communicated on sign-up. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
