What audio and video formats are supported?
Most audio and video formats including MP3, WAV, FLAC, MP4, MOV, and AVI. Files can be up to 500 MB on all plans.
How accurate are the transcriptions?
We use Deepgram Nova-2, one of the most accurate speech-to-text models available. It performs especially well with clear audio and standard accents. Accuracy may vary with heavy background noise or strong regional accents.
How long does transcription take?
Most files are transcribed in a fraction of their actual length — a 10-minute recording typically finishes in under 2 minutes. Longer files may take a little more time.
Is my audio data secure?
Yes. All files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Audio files are not stored after transcription is complete. We never share your content with third parties.
What export formats are available?
Free plan users can export transcripts as .txt. Pro and Business users can also export as .docx and .pdf.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
